Dr. Gail Pavliga has lived in Portage County for 35 years with husband,,Frank and raised their now grown children, Katie and Steve.
Gail became a member of the Womens Club in 2008, where she wanted to be more involved in promoting Conservative values, patriotism and community service. Her favorite memories are many, including our annual picnic.
More importantly to have friendship with like minded women. Through the support of Womens Club friends, Gail ran for and was elected to two terms in the Ohio House of Representatives. She was honored to be elected President of the Club and hopes to grow the group more into our mission of community service, friendship and Conservative values.
Dr Gail is also in private practice as a Christian based Psychologist, and enjoys traveling and being "grammy" to her grandson, Owen.

Kathy Karas was born in Ravenna in 1950 and 3 days later moved to Atwater to the farm that her father bought in 1946. She has lived in Atwater all of her life, except for about 10 years when she lived in Cuyahoga County while she ran her own Pharmacy.

She joined the club in 2021 after learning about it at a Frank LaRose event. She later went to her first meeting and immediately became interested in getting more involved.
Kathy loves the service aspect of the club and works hard to find and promote different volunteering opportunities for the women to get involved with.
Kathy loves volunteering and being connected with a great group of women as part of the club. Her favorite part of the club is learning more about Portage County. She has also met a lot of great people in the club who have become good friends.
Kathy appreciate the opportunity to serve as Secretary and be a part of a club where she can connect with folks who have old fashioned conservative values, don't defy the constitution and are genuine, true patriots.
Beverly Kibler became active in the Portage County Republican Women's Club at the urging of her sister. Shortly after joining, she was elected Treasurer and served for five years. During her first term as Treasurer, Beverly worked hard, along with her fellow officers to plan events and speakers for the club.

During her first term as Treasurer, Beverly worked hard, along with her fellow officers to plan events and speakers for the club.
Beverly was then elected to serve on the Portage County Republican Central Committee and subsequently served as Treasurer of that organization as well.
She returned to the Treasurer post in 2024 and loves it. She enjoys working with the rest of the officers to advance the club's mission. Beverly has a strong connection with the club and looks forward to helping it grow over the next few years so that it can be the best it can be.
